MycoVibes Biotech Joins the EIT Food Bilbao Campus Experience 2025
We are proud to share that MycoVibes Biotech has been selected for the EIT Food Bilbao Campus Experience 2025, joining a cohort of 11 outstanding agrifood startups from across Europe. This milestone marks another important step in our journey to build sustainable, circular protein solutions for the future of food.
The Bilbao Campus Experience, hosted at the BAT B Accelerator Tower in Bilbao, is an intensive innovation program designed to connect startups with corporates, investors, research institutions, and regional ecosystem leaders. Organized by EIT Food, the program aims to accelerate impactful food innovations and support founders in scaling solutions that contribute to a more resilient and sustainable food system.

On the ground in Bilbao: collaboration in action
MycoVibes Biotech was represented in Bilbao by our Founder & CEO, Katarzyna Nowak, who took part in the program on-site sessions and ecosystem visits. The experience offered valuable insight into the strength of the Basque innovation ecosystem, where research, talent, capital, and industry work closely together to support startup growth.
We would like to thank the program organizers and partners for creating a highly connected and well-structured experience, as well as Hazi Fundazioa, NEIKER BRTA, AZTI, Seed Capital Bizkaia, Bizkaia Talent, and Beaz Bizkaia for their openness, knowledge sharing, and meaningful engagement with founders.
Beyond the institutional perspective, the Campus Experience created space for high-quality exchanges with fellow startups and mentors—reinforcing the importance of collaboration, peer learning, and ecosystem-driven innovation in scaling impactful food technologies.

Becoming part of the EIT Food Alumni community
With our participation in the Bilbao Campus Experience, MycoVibes Biotech officially joins the EIT Food Alumni community. We are excited to continue this journey, deepen collaborations, and contribute to building a more sustainable, nutritious, and circular food system in Europe and beyond.
We look forward to the next stage of the program and to growing alongside an inspiring group of innovators who share a common goal: transforming how food is produced, sourced, and consumed.
