MycoVibes Biotech was founded on years of research by Poland’s renowned scientists, combined with managerial expertise and an innovation-driven vision to transform protein production.

Global recognition



Selected as one of only ten startups worldwide to join the 2025 Cohort 13 of the ProVeg Incubator—the world’s first accelerator dedicated to plant-based, fermentation-based, and cultivated food startups—MycoVibes Biotech is accelerating its path to market with global mentorship, strategic partnerships, and investor visibility.


Investing in innovation

In 2025, we secured a €300k R&D grant for lab-scale fermentation optimization, fueling our efforts to fine-tune efficiency, output, and nutrient yield in preparation for commercial readiness.

Shaping the future of protein

Once our current R&D project is complete, we aim to pioneer commercial-scale shiitake mycoprotein production, bringing nutritious, sustainable proteins to market at an industry-friendly cost and with a minimal environmental footprint.
